 HOW TO USE:

Apply on clean brows. Using the brush, gently lift brow hair upward and slightly to the side for a fluffy brow look. For a more laminated effect, gently press the brow hair down with your finger. Let dry. Apply your favorite eyebrow pencil/powder/pomade to fill in your eyebrows.
